Anne Hathaway is one of some of the ones who defined the word "survivor" this year.
A-list Anne Hathaway has been a star on the rise since The Devil Wears Prada opposite Meryl Streep catapulted her into the superstar realm in 2006.
Unfortunately, Hathaway' relationship with longtime boyfriend Rafaello Follieri didn't follow the same track. The Italian real estate developer, whom Hathaway had dated since 2004, was arrested in June of this year for reportedly fleecing investors out of millions of dollars in a fraud scheme.
Anne Hathaway, knowing that Follieri was under investigation by the Feds, broke up with him in the same month. Anne's diaries were also seized as evidence by the authorities. "It's a situation where the rug was pulled out from under me all of a sudden. But just as suddenly, my friends threw another rug back under me. One said, 'Go stay at my house.' " Hathaway later said about the break-up. Follieri went to jail, and she is reportedly dating again, being linked with both Josh Lucas and actor Adam Shulman.
So Hathaway bounced back. Let's just hope that she insists on total honesty in a relationship from now on...

Anne Hathaway - Ex admits to £2.4m fraud
Anne Hathaway - Her ex-boyfriend Raffaello Follieri was imprisoned in a scam case. He has admitted to a fraud of over 2.4 million pounds.
Anne Hathaway' ex was sentenced to four-and-a-half year in jail after pleading guilty to 14 counts of wire fraud, conspiracy and money laundering earlier this year, reports the Daily Express.
Raffaello Follieri’s prosecutors filed legal papers in NY on Dec 15, in which they claimed that Raffaello has agreed to pay restitution of 1.3 million pounds to the Toronto-based company Dundee Realty Corp.
Raffaello'll also be paying 542,000 pounds to Yucaipa Corporate Initiatives Fund and 26,666 pounds to an Atlantic City monsignor.
Raffaello Follieri was arrested in June (08), just 2 weeks after Anne Hathaway ended their 4 years romance.

Is Anne Hathaway the most beautiful woman ever?
Anne Hathaway is very pretty!
She is very beautiful woman.
Anne is defiantly beautiful but she isn't the most beautiful because there are plenty of gorgeous women and no one woman should be above the rest.
So...Anne Hathaway is very pretty but to call her the most beautifulest woman ever would be a stretch. would say she is one of the more beautiful current actors and leave it at that.

Anne Hathaway - Split from her love
Anne Hathaway Post Break-Up: ‘It’s Not Part Of My Life Anymore’ - She split from her love of five years — the now-incarcerated Raffaello Follieri – this past June. And although Anne’s talked about the split in the 6 months that have passed, She has now revealed to Vogue’s January issue that Hathaway realized her relationship with the Italian was over long before the Feds came knocking.
“I was a 21-year-old kid when I met him,” Anne Hathaway told the mag. “It wasn’t a huge, dramatic breakup. We were in the process of winding it down when he was arrested. I don’t talk about this, except when I’m asked. It’s not a part of my life anymore.”
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Anne Hathaway ex was sentenced to 54 months in prison in October, after pleading guilty to 14 counts of conspiracy, wire fraud and money laundering.
Now Hathaway says that the fallout from what happened with Raffaello has created a burden on her shoulders.
“It’s a complicated situation that has the ability to define me in ways I am not comfortable with,” Anne Hathaway said.
Moving on hasn’t been an easy road, something She seemed to indicate when Vogue accompanied her on a recent shopping trip. As Hathaway browsed through some casual clothing in London’s famous retailer Top Shop (after revealing she had thrown out items previously associated with her ex), Anne was hit with the realization that post-Raffaello life was different for her.
Hathaway said. “This is harder than I thought,” “I haven’t done this yet. I don’t know how I want to look when I lounge around.”
But things are looking up for the star these days. In addition to the films she’s currently promoting – including this fall’s “Rachel Getting Married” (for which she has significant Oscar buzz) and the upcoming “Bride Wars” — Anne has been enjoying some music on the side. She says she’s been listening to a lot of Death Cab For Cutie and TV On The Radio.
Anne said. “After my breakup happened, I thought, ‘Concerts until the end of the year,’”

Additional information March 01, 2011
- In January 2011, it was announced she had landed the role of Selina Kyle/Catwoman in Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises.
- Anne Hathaway Reportedly Paid $750,000 To Wear Jewelry At 2011 The Oscars! Anne Hathaway went through eight different looks while co-hosting the Oscars on Feb. 27 2011, and the star looked radiant, accessorizing with Tiffany & Co. jewels — but Us Weekly is reporting that her fancy accessories also came with a hefty reward, valued at $750,000! That’s not all, according to their sources she wasn’t the only celeb who was rewarded.

Anne Hathaway - The victims of Italian con man Raffaello Follieri won a $3.7 million judgment
Anne Hathaway ex Raffaello Follieri news - The victims of Raffaello Follieri (Italian con man) won a $3.7 million judgment against Follieri Monday - but whether they will ever actually collect is far fr clear.
Raffaello is serving a four and a half year prison sentence 4 bilking investors by claiming to have an inside track on Vatican property. He appears to be in a world of financial hurt: Follieri recently sold off two Andy Warhol prints for $21,000 just to pay Follieri' legal tab.
Raffaello Follieri used to date "Rachel Getting Married" actress Anne Hathaway. Among those due money from Raffaello are two Catholic priests who say they loaned Follieri about $180,000.
William Hodge, Atlantic City Msgr, He'll get $40,000 & George Tomichek, Philadelphia Msgr. He'll get $20,000, according to a letter filed by federal prosecutors Monday.
The payout represents about one-third of what each victim claims to be owed.
Raffaello Follieri - the 30-year-old playboy - financier admitted using other people's money to bankroll a swank Fifth Ave. apartment as well as private jets to fly Raffaello Follieri and Anne Hathaway off to exotic spots across the globe.
The biggest chunk - $2 million - will go to Dundee Realty of Toronto, run by Bill Clinton supporter Michael Cooper.
Dundee dumped millions into a Follieri venture to buy up church property in Canada.
Yucaipa Corporate Initiatives Fund, run by Clinton confidant Ron Burkle, is to get $813,000.
Hodge's attorney William Hughes says he agreed to the deal in the hopes of recovering at least a portion of the $110,000 left Follieri by his parents.
Follieri duped Hodge into turning over the cash by claiming he needed it to reimburse nuns working out of his Manhattan offices. Hodge met Follieri while Follieri was attempting to buy up unused church land in Atlantic City.
Several other alleged victims of Follieri's swindle, including business partner Nicholas Mastronardi, have pending claims.

Anne Hathaway's Fishy Business
Anne Hathaway is sipping Moët White Star champagne during a business dinner at Sushi Roku in West Hollywood with Hathaway' agent and manager. CHAMPAGNE WISHES.
Talking about something fishy book - Something Fishy is top-notch Wodehouse. When Keggs was a butler he eavesdropped on a meeting between his employer, J.J. Bunyan, and a covey of tycoons--J.J. and his associates each agreed to put up fifty-thousand dollars, the total to go to whichever of their sons was the last to marry. Thirty years later, Keggs wants to cash in on what he knows.

Opinion on Anne Hathaway?
I Like Anne Hathaway, because
Hathaway's an amazing actress, really pretty, one great actress, a good actress. I liked her (without actually knowing her), but the more I've read about her as a person I don't really care for her. I will still watch her movies though.
My friend say..
Anne Hathaway hasn't done any really big movie that has caught my attention, but she is not a bad actress.
So Neutral. Hatahaway's a good actress with a really good fashion sense. On the other hand she is reportedly very insecure with herself and loved her con boyfriend until he got put in jail. I hate the hyprocrisy of Anne jetting around the world with this man and saying how in love with him she was and then dumping him as soon as he gets caught. Granted, what he did was very wrong, but she was living a lavish life with him until he got caught.

PC & video Games - Wii Remote Controller - Wii remote, good choice

The Wii Remote Controller - wireless technology at its best November 11, 2008
I love my Wii remote controllers. I have three of them. The first two came with my Wii, and the third came with my Wii Play.
As far as batteries are concerned, rechargeable batteries are good. The charge station from Nyko is better.
Have a look at the photo of the product on this page. See the clear plastic case the remote is in? That's known as a remote jacket. You can order those, as well as replacement straps, on the nintendo website. Both can be had for free.
On a whole, the Wii remote controller outranks the controllers from Nintendo Entertainment System and Super Nintendo Entertainment System many times over.
WII for Adults November 5, 2008
The additional wand works great. You must syncronize the wand to the controller before you can use it. I finally had to read the instructions. After this it worked just fine!
Control October 31, 2008
I think these things are way to expensive, but they sure are worth it. I love sitting back on my butt where ever and having a fun time without any restrictions.
Somewhat Useful October 29, 2008

The Wiimote is somewhat useful, except for Smash Brothers. Then it is a suitable handicap for professional and semi-pro players vs. casual players.

Anne Hathaway's new beau an opportunist?
After Anne Hathaway splitting from fraud Raffaello Follieri, who is now behind bars, she has reportedly moved on to another social climber.
Anne Hathaway star was spotted vacationing with Adam Shulman. An insider said that Shulman is not much of an improvement from Follieri. "Adam is known as an opportunist," the New York Post quoted an insider, as saying.
"When he was at Brown (University), he went after all the heiresses. It's like Anne is addicted to losers,” the insider added.
However, Shulman’s representative made no comments on the issue.

BlackBerry Curve 8310 Smartphone Titanium (AT&T) - I Love this Phone
Brand: BlackBerry

I Love this Phone November 20, 2008
First, let me say that I am a neophyte when it comes to technology. I used to be very technology savvy. Now I am one of the people who I used to talk badly about. I can generally figure things out, but I am not a geek by any stretch of the imagination. That being said, this is a GREAT phone and I think anyone else who is in my class of users will love it too. Let me list the things I love about it:
Size: The phone is the perfect size. It fits easily in your pocket (guys) - even with the protective sleeve. You don't have to look like one of those geeky people with the pocket protector. It has a smooth feel that just feels comfortable in the palm of your hand.
Phone quality: The phone quality is great! I have a slight hearing impairment, so it is important for the phone volume to be loud enough for me to actually hear - especially in noisy surroundings. This phone passes the test with flying colors. I usually only have the phone at 3/4 volume. I have never been able to do that with any other cell phone. The speaker phone also is the best quality I have seen.
GPS - This is a great feature. I thought I would not use it since you have to pay extra for telenav. I already wasn't happy about paying $30 extra for unlimited data, so I definitely wasn't going to pay for the gps. Then I read here that you can download google mobile maps for free. DO IT!!! I know my own city pretty well, so it is only a novelty right now, but it will definitely come in handy when I travel. All you have to do is put in the location of where you want to go, then have the phone track your own location. You can literally watch yourself moving toward your destination - regardless of whether you have asked it to map your route or not. Have you ever been in the vicinity of a destination, but not been able to figure out where it is at exactly (or not sure which way to turn)? Never again.
Voice Dialing - With a blue tooth headset, you can just push a button on your headset and give a verbal command (i.e. "call john," or "dial 555-555). It will ask you which # (mobile, work, home, etc.). Once you respond, it will dial automoatically.
Battery Life: This is one of the reasons I chose the curve over the iPhone. The batterylife is great. I generally charge my phone everyday, but I also use it quite a bit too. I have only had it go down to 50% once, and that was when I left the GPS in tracking mode for several hours. You can change the battery yourself, as opposed to having to have someone else do it for you.
e-mail: Right now, I have only my personal account set-up on the phone, but you can have up to ten e-mail accounts on it at one time. I get e-mails automatically. I can also delete e-mails from both my handheld and from my account with just the push of a button. I wish it would let me delete ultiple e-mails at one time. Better yet, let me get rid of some of that spam all together, but that is a different story.
Camera - I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pictures. It has a built in flash and takes awesome pictures. Also, by putting a microSD card in the phone, you can literally store all your pictures on your blackberry. I was able to get a 4gb card, which I am told that some phones do not support.
Keyboard - This is another reason I chose the Curve over the iPhone. You geet a full qwerty keyboard. I have somewhat large fingers, but am able to manipulate the keys fairly easily. It helps if I use my fingernails rather than the pads of my fingers/thumbs.
Music - Like the camera, you can put quite a bit of music on your Curve if you use a microSD card. The sound is great.
Protective Sleeve: A protective sleeve comes with the Curve. When you put the phone in the sleeve, it automatically goes into power save mode - not to mention the fact that it protects your screen from unnecessary scratches. Someone said you can actually change the screen, but I haven't figured out how yet.
Password keeper - No more keeping that password list under your keyboard. You can put all of your passwords into the Blackberry (and can even mask them from prying eyes - although it appears to only keep honest people away from them. Its not that hard to unmask). The nice thing is that your passwords are password protected, so theoretically, they're safe.
Attachments - You can open Microsoft Office files, as well as .pdf's. I understand you can also open up .wmv files, although I haven't done it yet.
There are just a couple things I do not care for:
Manuverability - I still find myself pressing a lot of different buttons to get to the screen I want - especially as I switch back and forth between the "full menu" and the "express menu" (I'm not sure what you really call them. Maybe it will just take me getting used to some of the buttons. Even getting to my address book can be a challenge sometimes.
Internet - This is an area where I think the iPhone might be better. The internet capability is a bit slow, and you don't always get the full content of page like you would on a pc. On the fly, it is good to have though.
All in all, this was a great purchase. I wondered if I would regret getting this phone over the iPhone. So far, I haven't. I highly recommend it.

Anne Hathaway forget her tabloid demons - Chic is the best revenge
Btw, anyone agree that Anna Hathaway is so pretty?
Hathaway so natural, and doesn't wear that much make up. I think shes way prettier then some girls in the spotlight
Anne is pretty with or without makeup. and hathaway's quite a good artist. almost never hear a bad gossip about her too...I agree 100%. And Hathaway is very grounded as well. You never hear anything negative about her which is nice.
Anne Hathaway no stunning beauty. She was great in the Princess Diaries. She seems to be really grounded and has a good head on her shoulders and keeps out of the spotlight and her private life private
But Anne Hathaway' eyes are a little to big for me and it reminds me of a bug... and I cant stand her teeth, sory dont know why??
:(

Anne Hathaway and Rosemarie DeWitt's
DeWitt's Rachel is the somewhat uptight older sister of Anne Hathaway's Kym, who is a bit of a loose cannon. We find out when Kym is brought home from her latest stint in rehab in order to be present for the weekend leading up to Rachel's wedding, a tumultuous period in which long-suppressed conflicts, issues and tragedies from the family’s past rise to the surface.
Rosemarie DeWitt is best known for her work on stage and television, she is currently at the center of growing Oscar buzz for her supporting performance as the title character in a big screen production, Jonathan Demme's critically-acclaimed "Rachel Getting Married."
How Rosemarie DeWitt and Anne Hathaway decided to conduct their relationship off-screen, in consideration of their relationship on it...
"We had one dinner beforehand, and I think we were already starting to inhabit our characters a bit, and it was very polite and nice. And then I think our instincts were to not become buddy-buddy — sometimes that works, you know, sometimes you need that to be able to finish each other's sentences — but I think we would have been in danger of maybe diffusing the necessary tension between these two women. So we sort of just maybe had a little bit of chat in the morning before we started and then, you know, I had my iPod in probably for the rest of the day."

Anne Hathaway is new it-girl of Hollywood
'Rachel Getting Married' gave Anne Hathaway a huge boost. She is getting Oscar buzz for Hathaway turn as an addict in “Rachel Getting Married.”
At the moment much of Hollywood is chattering about pretty Anne Hathaway, another dark-eyed, dark-haired beauty, who was plucked out of relative obscurity by Roberts' own star-maker, "Pretty Woman" director Garry Marshall.
Anne Hathaway has finally been transformed into the it-girl of the moment, with a string of commercial hits to her name, and heat fueled by her unexpected but thoroughly wrenching performance as an addict on furlough from rehab for her sister's wedding in "Rachel Getting Married." Already, Hathaway is getting Oscar buzz.
And Hathaway's getting the sympathy vote. Ironically enough, there's often nothing that endears a star to her audience more than love's travails, a bad boyfriend or two.
Anne Hathaway has also deftly managed the media circus. Although it-girls inevitably magnetize attention, it's not every starlet who's forced to explain herself to such august pop culture pashas as David Letterman, who recently grilled Hathaway about her personal life.
Congratulation...

Anna Hathaway is an awesome actress. Her and Kate Hudson have a new movie coming out. I feel sorry for her about her boyfriend, I hope she get's over him soon. But I don't it had an effect on her acting, she's great.

$16.79 PediPaws : Fantastic Product
Brand: PediPaws
Category: Pet Products
Concept sounds nice but Doesn't Work! November 2, 2008
The concept of PediPaws sounds nice, but it doesn't work. It's a bulky machine that is hard to handle and clumsy to use. To trim my cat's claws, I need to be quick. However, with PediPaws, I need to extend his claw and fit it through the hole in the protective cap. This is nearly impossible as my cat struggles to get away. Furthermore, my cat hates the pressure and vibrations of having his nails sanded down. I have had greater success with a simple nail trimmer.
CAT-taztrophy! October 30, 2008
I tried to use this product on my cat. Her poor little nails were just shredded to pieces. We did one claw and it was so painful to her that she limped around for quite a while. I would not recommend using this product on cats despite advertising
Fantastic Product October 30, 2008
This products solves a painstaking problem in my house with 2 dogs. None of them would take to nail clipping, so the task would get ignored.
PediPaws is fantastic. The instructions were written by someone who knows dogs and walks you through training them. In one night my dogs were trained and they now line up to have their paws done (treats are readily available with each nail clip).
Pet Nail Cutter October 29, 2008
Product was as advertised. I think it needs to state what size pets it will work best with. It works but if the nails(claws)have alot of growth it's going to take awhile to trim them down, two or three settings because even though it is better than clippers, long sections tend to heat up the nails to an uncomfortable level.
Makes nails smooth October 28, 2008
I like this product, it makes my dogs nails smoother than cutting or filing. It does make some noise, and the grinding of the nails smells a little, but it is a great product.

Anne Hathaway's hair Style
Anne Hathaway say about He hair Style was initially inspired by British supermodel Agyness Deyn. Her not-so-attractive and choppy hairstyle...
"When I was reading the character, Agyness Deyn had just come out and emerged as this new, young force. I just pictured Kym [Ms. Hathaway's character] as a punker who was probably high and decided to cut it, and it didn't work,"

Omron HJ-112 Digital Premium Pedometer
Brand: Omron
Category: Health And Beauty
It's the Best! October 25, 2008
I bought the omron pedometer for my husband and myself last Valentine's day, (for our hearts, don'tcha know.) It has been a fine investment and we have been very pleased with the ease of operation (it works IN your pocket, which means it's harder to lose or fall in the toilet, it resets its own self at midnight.) I have since bought 3 more for my son, mom, and sister. I am about to buy 5 more for gifts.
Great Pedometer October 24, 2008
I really love this pedometer. The best one I have purchased. Easy to use, love that I don't have to hang it from my waist.
Well worth the price. Also Omron is a good product.
I have and will recommend this pedometer to family and friends.
Great pedometer October 24, 2008
I've been searching for a pedometer that is as awesome as this one for years!
Features I love the best:
* works in a purse/pocket as well as on your hip
* Large readout, easy to read
* auto calculates mileage
* Stores a week's worth of step days, so if you forget to write one down it's easy to go back.
* super easy to program!
I've had mine for 6 months and the batter is still going strong.
It's big, but great October 24, 2008
According to Dr. Oz and You: Staying Young: The Owner's Manual for Extending Your Warranty (You), walking 30 minutes a day is a critical aspect of taking care of your body as well as working up to 10,000 steps a day ... so this was one of several products I purchased I as I implemented the Staying Young program.
This pedometer is much larger than any other pedometer I've owned (I've had a few over the years) and I don't particularly care for the size, but it wallops a great punch of features that have made it worthwhile ...
1. This is the easiest one ever to set-up, read, review, etc.
2. It can tell when you're 'walking around' versus 'really walking' -- It tracks all your steps regardless of intensity but it also and tracks a second category as aerobic steps (you just hit the lowest middle 'mode' button to read this subset information). It also tells you distance and calories burned.
3. It resets itself to 0 every morning and has a seven day memory.
4. The belt clip that comes with it is secure and easy to use.
If you are making a commitment to better health and it involves a walking program of any kind, I think this would be a great enhancement to your commitment and success.
Bon Appetit!
Awesome October 24, 2008
My daughter and I both got one of these. It's so fun to see how many steps you actually take in a normal day! It's been fun to use! It even shows you how many calories you are burning. We love it! Now my hubby wants one!
