Stepping out for a book signing, Hilary Duff was spotted at a Borders in Glendale, CA on Wednesday December 1. The blonde beauty looked absolutely gorgeous as she signed copies of her new literary offering, “Elixir,” for some lucky fans during the World AIDS Day fundraising effort.
